Jon is an expert Financial & Estate Planner and regularly supports HMO investors with advice in these areas – from financial planning around how to grow or when to sell your HMO portfolio tax efficiently to SSAS pensions, Wills, Trusts and inheritance tax planning. He truly understands the complex planning areas an HMO investor needs to navigate as he’s also a highly experienced HMO investor who has built a £10m HMO portfolio alongside his business partner Lindsay.
